Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
Christina R. Harlow, 51, serves as senior vice president and chief human resources officer for Berkshire Hathaway Energy. In this role, she leads the development and execution of Berkshire Hathaway Energy’s talent management framework, encompassing leadership and career development, executive succession and performance management. She oversees the company’s total rewards strategies and programs, safety and workforce analytics, leadership and talent development, and business partner services, harmonizing human resources standards across the employee experience.
Harlow is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership, talent development and organizational transformation. Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway Energy, she spent over 20 years at Vectren Corporation and CenterPoint Energy, where she held roles of increasing responsibility in customer experience, utility operations and human resources, most recently serving as vice president of human resources, total rewards and technology.
Harlow holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology, with an emphasis in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Southern Indiana. Active in her community and the industry, she has served in many board and industry committee leadership roles.
